Data not saved to document after binding

Hello,

I have a problem with the binding framework :
i'm using the function form2xml from the sample, and with one of my 
forms, the data is not saved back to the xml file.
The binding works fine for loading the data to the form, the xml file is 
saved correctly, but the modifications made to the form are not saved to 
the document object after the call to form.save(document)
I don't get any error in the logs, so i'm a little bit lost there.

I'm using cocoon 2.1.5.1, with forms.

Anyone encountered the same issue ? What should i do to debug this problem ?
