   定时器我只是举一个例子，实际的需求场景是：服务是有状态的，这个状态与分片有直接关系。
   
   1. elasticjob调度器：用于分片调度，但是任务是有状态的
   2. 分片如果重新分配后，需要感知到这个分片变化，重新设定任务的状态。
