Bits of ontology in the data

Say that I have followed the tutorial examples for reasoning; read an
ontology into one model, read some data into another, combined them.

Now say that I've got some little additional contributions to the
ontology that show up in the data.

Will the reasoner see them, or do I have to get them into the 'schema' model?

The reasoner will see them (for all current reasoners).
