Ok. Since you're already at capacity, I presume no further promotion is
desirable.

Thanks Rich for considering the event for listing!

We have updated the page with HotWax Systems Indore Office address and
timings. Considering it our first in person event post COVID, we have kept
it limited for 50 participants, and already filled those seats through pre
registration.
Though we would love to do it with bigger capacity, and taking open
registration from the events page in upcoming events.

Thanks and Regards,
Aditya Sharma

I'd like to add this to events.apache.org but I have some concerns.

The event listing -
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/COMDEV/Open+Source+and+ASF+Awareness+-+15+April+2022
- does not have either a location or a time of the event.

I was able to find a map to "HotWax Systems Indore Office", but
actually listing an address, and probably a room number, would greatly
reduce frustration for people who wish to attend.

I also wasn't sure if you *want* me to list it more publicly, since I
don't know what your capacity limits are.
