Please add support to specify a profile that the Maven plugin should use when downloading jars. This means it can look at the local repo settings.xml and download from a specific set of repos. This will help specify a set of repos that are local to the users network and will speed the build process up - instead of waiting for ages while it downloads from ibiblio!
