YUIcompressor issues and the jarjar solution

Unfortunately it's just the documentation, not automated scripts.  I do this for every version of tapestry.
They key here is to combine tapestry-yuicompressor, yuicompressor and rhino into one jar using jarjar,
this becomes a self-contained yuicompressor-cust module and it works perfectly without package name conflicts.
