build files in directory refer to wsrf dirs

Hi,
 
In working with the latest bits from Hermes, I noticed that the output
of running "ant generate" generates build.xml and build.properties that
refer to wsrf.webapp.dir and apollo.classpath etc. To get around this, I
just replaced all those occurences with hermes, but wanted to make sure
that the appropriate changes are made in the code base.
