ECF 3.14.3

ECF has released version 3.14.3 with it's implementation of OSGi R7 
Remote Services and Remote Service Admin [1].

This release is easily installed via karaf features [2], and supports 
development via bndtools 4+ [1].

In addition to supporting a large set of supported distribution 
providers [3]...including both CXF and Jersey...this release newly 
supports Python RS consumers and/or providers [1].
