Hierarchical monitor support to parse the composite application and register the cluster monitors. In that case, we need an Application monitor which will monitor it's children where children are set of GroupMonitors and ClusterMonitors. GroupMonitor will again contain set of GroupMonitors and ClusterMonitors. In that way, we need to build up the Hierarchical monitor support in autoscaler to parse the composite application.
