[BOOK PATCH] ch09.xml
Changelog:
subversion/doc/book/book/ch09.xml:
Fix places where <replaceable>, <quote>, <filename>,
<option>, <literal> and <envar> are more appropriate.
Side note, while looking over the O'Reilly book "Essential CVS" I noticed it
has HEAD italicized, while we have it in plaintext. Should we use <literal>
or <emphasize> on it?

Thanks! Committed in revision 9124. In the future, please wrap long
lines and validate the xml... I found about 3 mistakes (no biggie).

I'd leave it as is. It's going to production tomorrow, and we've gotta
leave *something* for them to do. :-)

It definitely should not be <emphasize>d. If not used in command-line
demonstration (<screen>, or <command>, etc.), it should be <literal>.
