[RESULT] [VOTE] Release Maven Shared Components Parent 12

Hi,

The vote has passed with the following result:

+1 (binding): Olivier Lamy, John Casey, Hervé Boutemy, Arnaud Héritier, 
Lukas Theussl, Vincent Siveton

+1 (non-binding): Stephen Connolly

I will promote the artifacts to the central repository and continue with 
the release.
