HWPF not a component on bugzilla - correct way to report bugs?

I've just gone to report a bug against HWPF, but HWPF doesn't seem to be 
one of the components. Is POI's bugzilla the right place to be reporting 
HWPF bugs, or should I send them elsewhere?

Place them under HDF.
