Review Board

Hi,

Should we use the newly announced Review Board instance at the ASF
(https://blogs.apache.org/infra/entry/reviewboard_instance_running_at_the)?

As far as I understand, this is meant to organize the peer review
process, but rather for larger committer communities. So in my opinion,
we still should keep our project small and easy. But maybe later on...
