SOCKS proxy support for Windows client
Hello.
Is it possible to compile in SOCKS proxy support in the next release of
subversion client for windows? Will be very useful.

I do not have MS VC++ 6.0 to make this happen. I can only help to test new
builds if somebody will send them to me with instructions how to extract
necessary log/debug info. Playing with neon-debug-mask doesn't help -
nothing really changes in output.

The best way to make that happen is for you to try building it and see
if it works. So far it seems that none of the svn developers who work
on windows have had a need to use SOCKS.
