pull request for updated Mobile Spec Audio page

Hey guys,

I've written a small addition to the Mobile Spec Audio index.html. It now includes 'seek to' and 'seek by' functionality, with a text field for specifying the absolute position or delta T in seconds.

Pull Request:

https://github.com/apache/incubator-cordova-mobile-spec/pull/7

My Fork:

https://github.com/doggerelverse/incubator-cordova-mobile-spec

let me know what you think!

Unless anyone has any issues with this I would like to pull this in today.
