SQLDateConverter cannot convert from java.util.Date

Summary: SQLDateConverter cannot convert from java.util.Date
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Bean Utilities
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: yozh@mx1.ru

SQLDateConverter cannot convert from java.util.Date. It uses
Date.valueOf(object.toString()), ant this fails. Date.valueOf() requires date in
SQL format, java.util.Date() returns date in other format.
