[CACTUS test] Upload a file in form-data

hello, 

I try to upload a file to my cactifyed webapp instance.

all was working fine while i use httpunit from cactus tests to reach
the
cactifyed deployed webapp. 
but now i want to upload a file, and some parameters.

but i can not.

i have tried the method proposed in the httpunit unittests for
uploading a file as an exemple - but i can only upload the file and not
the other parameters. even if i write the parameters in the url. 

i have tried the cactus faq method using the HTTPClient from
http://www.innovation.ch/java/HTTPClient/

if someone has a working example ?

also : with httpunit : i can not first retrieve the form as i do not
use html. my action getting the uploaded file is called from a voice browser.
