In the Retained Earning job the commit added  originator_external_ids in acc_gl_journal_entry_annual_summary  but underlying implementation (RetainedEarningJobConfiguration) of the job was not updated to insert any data into the table

*Fix: *

Add originator_external_ids to the config table.
