missing commit emails
Last week, Hyrum and I noted that a couple commit emails were missing.
I forget their rev numbers.
Today, I just noticed that r36616 and r36617 are missing, too.

Yeah, looks like. Looking through my various Tigris lists, I see
similar slow downs / blockages in all, from about 2am to about 4am
(Pacific Time).

Yeah, I looked there before emailing, and they weren't there.
I just pulled up the messages (they finally arrived). It looks like
they sat on the tigris box (if I understand the hostname properly) for
a few hours before moving to another box for delivery.
So... something plugged up the system for a few hours... ?

Hrm. svn.collab.net's post-commit logging shows no errors in transmitting
commit emails recently, and the mail queue is empty. And both of the commit
mails you reference above are in the archives on Tigris.org:
