Im not sure you have recorded your test in the correct manner (the login url
does not look right to me.... *?u=Akamai1&p=11111*), did you follow these
instructions for recording?

Also you could try BadBoy to record and export the BadBoy script to jmeter:

This should give you a better idea where the issue is
