libhdfs port to windows

Hi,

Has anyone ported libhdfs to windows platform? If yes how was the experience?

I did it a while back for the Condor Project, though I don't think the
code was ever merged upstream.  If you're using Visual Studio, you
basically need to convert libhdfs to use C89.  Tedious, but doable.
