Taverna Command line tool - new features

Hello everybody,

I pushed some new features into the current pull request (#10) and fixed
some issues.

1) Validation - included verbose mode which shows detailed report of the
validation (-v, --verbose)
2) Integrated validation feature into conversion command - can be used with
-V/ --validate. Validate the workflow bundle before conversion.
3) Created new command 'statistics (stats)' - show workflow statistics -
has same options as validate
4) Fixed log file saving issue in validation
5) Fixed input file error detection problem

Please review the pull request and merge.

Thanks, this looks very good.

I have merged and closed the pull request.

You might need to git rebase to include the pom.xml change to include
the mygrid-snapshot-repository for scufl2-iwir.
