[BEANUTILS] BEANUTILS-228 registering converter for a target property

Looking at a requirement where I want to use different converters for an 
incoming parameter when targeting different properties and classes, I can't 
figure out a work-around aside from rolling my own ConvertUtils.

What have other people done in this situation?
