about os templates

Hi guys,

I find there is only "CentOS 5.5(64-bit) no GUI (KVM)" OS template on CS
4.0. Who can tell me the link of the others(such CentOS 6, Debian etc.).
Thank you.

Regards,
Steven

Hi,

Could you please contact me privately with what exactly does not work?
Thanks!

When you add the template you are asked to provide the OS type (centos,
debian etc), in that field scroll down until you see "Other PV".
The FreeBSD has paravirtual drivers enabled, as such it requires VirtIO
devices, hence "Other PV"..

No, I didn't add it.
Can you explain more detailed how to add it as "Other PV"?
Thank you.

Have you added it as "Other PV" as the README file instructs?

Thank you very much.
I've tested. The CentOS 6 works, but FreeBSD doesn't work.

You make your own and import them into CloudStack. There is an initiative
to create some community ones available for download, but I don't believe
they're available yet.
