[VOTE] CEP-60: Flexible Placements
Hello everyone,
I would like to call a vote for CEP-60: Flexible Placements.
For context, CEP-60 is building on CEP-21's Transactional Cluster Metadata, and enables incremental, resumable operations, improved cluster density, and flexibility of data placements / ownership.
