Tomcat is an open *source* project.  Binary distros (if provided at all :) are 
just gravy.

You need to download the source from commons-daemon, grab your favorite 64bit 
compiler, and re-compile procrun (aka tomcat5) as a 64-bit executable.  After 
that it works just fine.
