[general][build][sharing] Harmony quick start

Hi All
I find many newbies may encounter some problems when building Harmony (The
web page seems out of date).
So I write a quick start for it. I hope it will be helpful for green hand.
And any complement is welcome.

Thanks

No need in wiki page, just follow the building website howto [1] and

Thanks Egor,
But I am not a committer, so I think I can write a wiki page of the quick
start. Would you like to help me to update the Harmony web page?

Thanks
