   One more thought: Can we extend `RestoreIntegrationTest`, using `TrackingStateRestoreListener` to also establish a bound on restore latency, and compare our bound to the collected metric, ie, `bound - 1 sec < metric-value< bound + 1 sec` (to allow for some jitter).
