In flaky failure on hadoop2 runs of such as:
* TestImportTsv/testBulkOutputWithoutAnExistingTable
* TestImportTsv/testMROnTable
* TestImportExport/testWithFilter
* (and many others)
We have logs with hanging threads and failed file deletes that look like this.
