Need to be added to the VELTOOLS jira admin role

I need to be added to the VELTOOLS jira admin role (mkienenb). I'll
probably end up doing work on veltools at some point in any case as
it's the other thing I use in addition to engine.

Thanks. I know what a pain it is to have to assign roles to several
different projects -- I have to assign people to 11 different
subprojects for MyFaces :)

You and Sergiu and the velocity-developers should all have JIRA admin privs
for all Velocity sub-projects now (Anakia, Texen, DVSL, Docbook Framework,
etc), assuming i did that right. :)

It's more of a matter of the global DOAP scripts being messed up due
to bad data in our file. I don't remember all the details, but sebb
is making a big push to fix everything.

There's a few more DOAP files I need to fix. I grabbed the issue
for VELOCITY.

So that just leaves ANAKIA-7 -- can you add me as a jira admin for
that project as well?
