Hi, All. This is almost done and Apache Spark is now stabilizing GitHub Action Java 11 and Java 17 daily test jobs.
Although it needs more attention, I believe it will be stabilized before Apache Spark 3.3.0 release.

Thank you all for your efforts! Especially, [~LuciferYang] put lots of efforts on this with his passion. I assigned this issue to [~LuciferYang].
