Excel: Cell referencing in formulas

Hi,
I am trying to do something like this in excel
 
1. A1 = 3 B1 = 10 C1=SUM(A1,B1)
 
How to duplicate the C1 formula in C2 so that it remains as SUM(A2, B2) 
 
when i try to read the formula from C1 and set the formula in C2 it still goes in as SUM(A1,B1).
 
Can we dynamically reference the cells.
 
Could any one please help me on this
