Weirdness in docs rebuild
I just did a build.sh all and the result was a lot of stuff like
-<a href="../tr/vhosts/name-based.html" hreflang="tr" rel="alternate"
title="Türkçe"> tr </a></p>
+<a href="../tr/vhosts/name-based.html" hreflang="tr" rel="alternate"
title="T?rk?e"> tr </a></p>
I haven't seen anything like that for a while, and wonder what I am
likely to have screwed up.

As usual, false alarm. Blew away the docs tree, updated the build tree,
and everything Just Worked. Ignore me.
