JempBox and FontBox 0.8.0-incubating release plan

Hi,

I'm with Andreas here at the ApacheCon, and we're going through the
open issues for our first Apache release. Before we can do the full
PDFBox release we need to have up to date releases of the JempBox and
FontBox libraries.

We're currently checking that everything is OK with these libraries,
and will probably produce release candidates soon.
