Hi UIMA Help Step by Step procdure in Eclipse to create a CPE application

Hi All,
Can anyone please tell  me  the step by step procdure in Eclipse to
create  CPE. I had already created a sample appication for document
level analysis with the help of

I want to develop a CPE appliction now?
