I divided the test into two - with single data region.
Ran more than 60 times in TeamCity, no crashes with exit code 137 were observed.
Three execution timeouts were noticed due to CheckpointBufferDeadlockTest, I think this should be investigated separately.

[~NSAmelchev], could you take a look at the proposed changes?
