I'm attaching a new patch contributing Spanish translations already
available in transifex [1]_ .
TODO :
- Browse button in /products list is not translated
- When switching lang settings e.g. French => Spanish alert message
is still translated to previously selected language e.g. French
wheras the web page actually works as expected e.g. Spanish texts

- User interface tab caption in prefs panel is still in English
* ... may be a lack of translations in Trac catalog
- Widget titles not translated in /dashboard
- Other sophisticated enhancements
* ... better tracked in a separate ticket

Even though there is still room for some improvements towards coverage and
also to make the whole process and the final solution more efficient ,
it's a fact that i18n / l10n is working by applying patches like shown
below
