   Just a feedback here.
   This is a shame that such basic functionality doesn't work because of the code quality (and subsequent difficulty to fix).
   The workaround in the [PR #1866](https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/pull/1866) is ugly and doesn't really work. It relies on the reverse proxy config (which might not be appropriate in some cases) and still does not solve the issue of Superset running on the default root context path ('/').
