Request the Permission using SkyWalking and Apache SkyWalking(incubating) name in our Meetup

Hi ASF Marketing & Publicity,


SkyWalking community will cooperate with Zipkin community and Adrian Cole, to hold a meetup at 22th July, Beijing China.
The event name should be "SkyWalking and Zipkin meetup" or "Apache SkyWalking(Incubating) and Zipkin meetup",  


So I just ask for permission of using "SkyWalking" and  "Apache SkyWalking(incubating)".
