One possible disadvantage of AppVeyor might be the performance - Now Calcite's AppVevor CI need ~18 min to finish a build, as a comparison Travis CI costs ~13 min. Not sure if for Windows build Travis can still be faster. It would be much appreciated if anyone has experience on Travis+Windows and be willing to share some.
