### Issue description
发现一个bug，ingress controller自动生成的路由名字实际没达到长度上限，但是修改时会报超过长度错误，这导致自动创建的路由没法配置插件
### Expected behavior
在图形面板正常编辑路由

Similar to https://github.com/apache/apisix-dashboard/issues/2610, needs to be fixed.
It is also not recommended to use Dashboard when using APISIX Ingress Controller. You can refer to https://github.com/apache/apisix-dashboard#works-with-apisix-ingress-controller
