As Maven extensions don't utilize the repos defined in the pom.xml it would be great if the Apache Snapshot Repo was added to the repositories and pluginRepositories of the default settings.xml that jenkins uses (or if a new settings.xml variant would be provided, where I can choose to use the snapshots without giving up on the ability to deploy)
