XML validation against Schema doesn't work for Xerces parsers 1.4 and 2_0 alpha

! Thia error comes only when you try to validate an instance document against an
! XML Schema grammar.With a DTD grammar,it works fine.Xerces2 doesn't support XML
! Schema yet.So this is an expected behaviour.
