The following issue has been closed.
Resolver: Samisa Abeysinghe

The issue was discussed over the mailing list and the majority disagreed to remove the sub-folders from the includes folder. The agreement was to use at least server and client folders to place server/client specific stuff and put the common stuff in the root include folder.
