Inserted chart into other document type, copied from Calc, loses data

I think this is a good candidate for a release blocker.

- seems to be a regression to OOo 3.3
- chart data is lost
- doesn't work within our own application, without an external
   influence of other applications

However, maybe related to some of the IP cleanup tasks. But I don't know.
