[jira] [Commented] (PIVOT-877) Dollar sign other than US cannot be entered in Mac Lion

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-877?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17284968#comment-17284968 ]

Roger Lee Whitcomb commented on PIVOT-877:
------------------------------------------

Testing this with more current versions of everything, and it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore.
OpenJDK 18.9 (version 11+28)
Mac OS HighSierra 10.13.6

But a specific fail case might help (that is, which control: TextInput, TextArea, or TextPane; any validator? how was the character(s) entered? with Paste, directly, what the unicode code point (s) were, which font?)

Thanks.

> With 2.1.0 version, I cannot enter any dollar sign other than US. But it is fine in Windows 7 as I tested.
