access logs

Hi 

I have upgraded from tomcat 4.0.4 to 4.1.12 and the localhost_access_logs do
not seem to be there.  Has tomcat go rid of this log or is there a way to
turn them on again???

It's not enabled by default anymore.
Look in conf/server.xml to enable it.
