how to use Tomcat 4 with IIS 5.0???

Hi all,

I have got Tomcat 4 running on my windows 2000, and
Cocoon is running fine too. I'm very impressed by the
Apache folks, well done!!

However I can't find documents to get Tomcat 4 working
with IIS 5.0 to serve JSP and Servlets. Please help me
if you know where I can get the info? 

I have tried searching the archieve, but it seems it
is only mentioned on Tomcat 3.
