Regarding org.apache.poi.hdgf.LZW4HDGF and GPLv3

Hello.

It would seem that POI 3.0.2 no longer contains GPLv3-licensed code. At 
least "find . -type f | xargs grep -i gpl" only found the NOTICE file 
and some binary files from 3.0.2 source release. However, since the 
NOTICE files in both 3.0.2 release and SVN trunk indicate that there are 
still GPLv3 licensed files somewhere in POI, are there any?
