Project Setup

Everyone,
I hope the holidays (if any) have been good for all, and it is now time to
get this project going, and stop committing to the alibaba/weex on GitHub.

I suggest that you take a look at [1] to get a solid idea of what it takes
to get a project started at ASF, and then create a similar set of issues to
be worked through at [2]

Some of these issues may already been taken care of, but I suggest that
they are created in JIRA anyway.

For any issues that require Infrastructure, we are expected to request that
from Infrastructure JIRA [3], and they typically set anything standard up
within 24 hours, but occasionally a bit slower and often faster.

If any task seems impossible, just ask here, and one of the mentors are
expected to help out, either by explaining it or doing it.

Thanks Niclas and other Mentors:

I have created the “Set Up” Issue on Weex JIRA[1] and have changed issue status.

Some issues need to synchronize to Infrastructure JIRA, Should I submit these issues directly at Infrastructure JIRA?

We’re willing to migrate code to Apache Repo as soon as passable, but GitHub Repo alibaba/weex is our only working Repo and we don’t have access to Apache Repo now. We can’t stop committing to the Github Repo right now. But the task will have the highest priority ASAP Apache Repo be ready.

PS:
For your concerning  “lack of activity in mail list”. It is partly a misreading about discussion timing & context. We had the wrong idea “we need migrate code to Apache Repo before any code/dev relative topic”.  Today we have realized that we need to start using the dev mail list right now. The team have learned & have agreed on any new feature will be discuss on mail list
